This set is complete.  It has all the original parts.  Please see the pics for details, minor chips in the paint on wood.  The propeller on the plane is broken and taped.  Everything rolls, and works correctly.  This is a one of a kind rare set from Playskool after acquiring the Thorncraft Division in 1935.  This is the first transportation set they created and later produced one in a tin and other generations.  This is there first model.
