1952 MARX ROY ROGERS MINERAL CITY WESTERN TOWN PLAY SET #4258 BOXED 95% COMPLETE

CONDITION NOTES:
This rare all original 1st year, 1st version release comes in excellent condition with only a few minor issues 95% complete with its original box!  First of all, I didn't spot the missing tail on the draft horse until after I was done taking the pictures, but I was able to find a nice gray one to add to the listing.  As you can see, the wagon hitch is damaged.  Also, one foot of the broom and mop stand is missing, although the other foot holds it upright just fine.  One of the street lamps is missing a section of the handle.  The lasso on the riding cowboy is detached.  Finally, the kneeing cowboy and his gun have some paint residue on them.  Double check, but I didn't find any other issues with the figures or
accessories
.  The town itself is also excellent showing no significant wear and certainly no rust.  The box has light age related discoloration and minor shelf wear but certainly adds to the display of the set!
