I always combine shipping for multiple auction winners so please take a look at my other auctions and save on shipping!
CONDITION NOTES:
This rare all original 1st year release comes in excellent condition with only a few issues to the accessories and in its original box!  I found missing/broken issues with the bar, small tables,
satchel
, beer keg and street lamp.  Also, one of the draft horses is painted, as you can see.  Double check, but I didn't find any other issues with the figures or
accessories
.  The town itself is also excellent showing no significant wear and certainly no rust.  The box has a couple of tears, light age related discoloration and minor shelf wear but certainly adds to the display of the set!

I will note in the CONDITION NOTES any details or flaws that are not readily apparent in the pictures but please keep in mind that I sometimes miss a small problem. Unless you do not wish to pay for it, all shipments will be fully insured. Please allow me to send a final invoice including the cost of insurance before you pay your invoice. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR INSURANCE AND ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SHIPMENT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WON’T ADD IT TO YOUR BILL. The insurance charges will be listed in the "SELLER CHARGES" section so please remember this when you review your invoice. THE SELLER CHARGES SECTION IS ONLY INSURANCE, NO EXTRA FEES.
