ALLIS-CHALMERS Super-Seal Motors lucite item w motor part and hourglass VINTAGE

Vintage condition - item is a clear plastic, I'm guessing this is lucite.  Encased in the lucite is a part of some kind - sliced to show what appears to be the copper inside. Next to this is an hourglass with white sand that does move and is not stuck.  The text of "Allis-Chalmers" appears to be on a sticker on the part embedded in the lucite.  Also embedded inside the lucite are the words "Super-Seal Motors".  I'm guessing this was an advertising item/ promo item and perhaps used as a paperweight or desk decor.
Very cool vintage/original piece.  Plenty of signs of age/wear as lucite/plastic tends to get surface scratches and marks/hazing.  The edges and corners seem to be intact with no chips or edge deterioration that I can see.
3.75" tall x 2.75" wide x 1" depth +/-  Item itself weighs just over 9 oz!
