Custom Alox Blue Textured Titanium Super Tinker Swiss Army Knife Mod

Welcome and thanks for looking at this auction.  I am a customizer / modder of swiss army knives and specialize in Titanium conversions.  I normally build customs to order but I also wanted to provide some pre-modded customs for popular configurations.  This SAK was created with all brand new parts, I never make customs with used or second hand donor parts ever.
I have learned how to properly program and run my new Tormach CNC machine now and have been finally able to create and offer a much improved scale.  These scales have a texture pattern milled into the surface very similar to the alox pioneer line, but these are Titanium vs the aluminum.  I also machined pockets in the interior of the scales which reduced each scale weight by about 7 grams.  This scales is machined from solid Titanium alloy and then anodized blue.  After anodize I polished the cross area to give it a nice contrast from the colored texture.  The effect in person is quite breath taking and I'm very pleased to offer these for sale.
This custom is based on the very popular super tinker model.  (note: if you prefer to have a corkscrew, I can certainly replace the Phillips with the corkscrew before shipping)
Modifications
- Stock plastic scales have been replaced by Titanium (Ti-6-4) scales
- CNC machined scales with outer texture, and inner pockets for weight reduction
- Scales have been anodized blue and cross has been polished
- Stock liners have been replaced by polished brass custom made ones
- A slot has been milled into the back scale for brass converted tweezers to fit
- The standard brass rivets have been replaced with 0.125" hardened steel pivots, and T6 torx screws
- The wear points inside the Ti scales have been carbidized and polished to prevent any galling by the tools
- Outer liners have been removed which makes this super tinker 0.120" thinner overall vs a stock one.
