When your item(s) are delivered please inspect for damage it is the buyers’ responsibility to check item condition upon receipt.
Please do not sign Bill of Lading before checking the freight.
Please look for forklift holes in the carton, tears or crushed cardboard, watermarks or other signs of mishandling.
Inspect all boxes completely – including interior boxes when shipments are palletized together. If damage is present or the item is questionable please do not sign for the shipment. If there is minor damage and you decide to accept the shipment please notate any damage on the Bill of Lading. If you decide to refuse the shipment please notate in detail the reasons for refusal on the Bill of Lading.
If you sign for the shipment, you are stating that the item(s) were perfect and will not be able to claim any damage that may have been caused by the shipping/delivery company.
Shipping Will Include shipping to a Residential Address.  Liftgate Is Not Included and will be additional if needed.
We offer Curbisde Delivery which includes liftgate delivery at an additional cost.
Delivery to Fedex Dock will be discounted if needed and can be picked up
Insurance is included.
If you have a business address we can offer shipping at a discount.
