This is a listing of Mimesis 27 board plus 4 pieces of 2N5564 dual J-FET. Each board requires 4 pieces of this dual J-FET. The 2N5564 are
USED PARTS.
BUT WE TESTED THEM according to Vishay datasheet ( using Vds =15V and Vgs=0V).
All the 2N5564 Idss falls between 12mA - 22mA, meeting datasheet specification.
Many so called "2N5564" or "2N5566" elsewhere have Idss below 5mA.
