    Title: Mint 1940's Vintage OCCUPIED JAPAN "Happy Tar" Celluloid Windup Toy
    Action: The Tar wobbles back and forth as he moves forward in a circle with his arms swinging.  He looks like he is about to fall over, but recovers.
    Size: 6 inches tall, 3-1/2 inches wide, and 2 inches deep
    Markings: "MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN" is embossed in the celluloid on the back of Tar's shirt (see last photo)
