We will guarantee the compressor to be in good working condition when it leaves our building.  The Weiler Group cannot guarantee against any small problems that arise because of transport.  Problems such as wire becoming disconnected or a fitting shaking loose and causing the freon to leak out of the compressor.  All small problems such as these will be the sole liability of the purchaser.  We at The Weiler Group take every possible precaution we can to try and prevent such problems from occurring.  But we cannot guarantee against such mishaps. (This does not include items being sold "AS IS")
