This is the 60mm factory-painted hard plastic figure of
RONALD REAGAN
manufactured by Louis Marx & Company circa 1970. It was produced in the Marx line of figures of American Presidents and leading politicians. At the time it was issued Ronald Reagan was governor of California; he served two terms from 1967 to 1975. Ronald Reagan was elected President of the US in 1979 and served from 1980 to 1988.
The figure stands on a square gold-color base with “Reagan” in raised letters on the front. “Marx Toys / Made in Hong Kong” symbol appears in recessed circle on the underside of the base.
The figure that is offered is still sealed in its clear plastic wrapper as it left the factory.
The figure shown in the pictures was removed from the packaging so that it could be clearly photographed.
