Rare Vintage Kenner Tree Tots Family Tree House 1975 Accessories Box
A nice vintage set including all that you see in the photos.  The tree house is in in great shape and has all the interior lithos, the elevator works, and the treehouse closes and locks well.  Among the accessories, the small table has a partial litho on top, the dad shows moderate play wear in areas, and the swing has a replaced string.  The kids and the dog look to be in very good condition.  Unfortunately the mom, Willow, is missing from this set.
Furniture is in very good condition, but could use a light cleaning.  Magic Eraser works great on this type of plastic.
The box is in fair condition, it has pen scribble on the inside and play wear as shown on the outside.  It does hold the toy well and has very colorful graphics.
