    Superb Vintage 1940s Line Mar Toys Japan Mechanical Lion Windup

    Very Cool Vintage 1940s Line Mar Toys Mechanical Lion Windup!  Stands 5 1/2" Tall. Lion is in excellent physical condition with its red tongue, white teeth, tan felt covering and simulated hair on Lion's head and tail.
    The Line Mar Toys Windup Mechanism has been tested and works great. The toy Lion has its original key attached. When wound, the Lion’s mouth opens showing its teeth and red tongue. The head moves backwards and forward to simulate a roaring lion with its jaw movement.  The tail simultaneously swishes from side to side. Original sticker is still on the toys underneath bottom base  which reads:
