"Little Tool Box" open ended wrench multi-tool, made in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Standard sizes, could be a good tool for a vintage bike like Schwinn or Raleigh.  Even wear from being in the toolbox, but very little, if any, actual use - wrenches fold out smooth and well adjusted.  3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 5/8, 9/16"plus two flat screwdrivers, one phillips, and one star tool.  Includes pictured nylon sheath of a different brand
