    Patent numbers on this item date to 1951 and 1956.  this rolatape is made in Santa Monica California. Has a folding handle. This rolatape measures in 2 foot increments up to 100 feet. The body and the arm are all constructed of metal. The handle and the portion that meet the ground is constructed of hard rubber. The handle extends 25 inches Long when unfolded.
