This magazine is in fair condition.  No missing pages, but the front and back covers have torn apart and are loose.  The front cover is torn in the middle, along the bottom edge and the edges have some chips in the paper.  The back cover also has some chipping along the edges.  The cover is a painting by John Steel.  He did several paintings that ended up on SDM covers.  This issue has the second installment of the reprint of Guy Gilpatric's book The Compleat Goggler.  It starts at the center fold of the magazine.  The center fold pages have pulled out of the staples, but no pages were lost.  Check out the photo of the Table of Contents.
