Measures 15 X 11 inches.
Its for a
smaller car
than the typical dies cast.
The usual
Hot Wheels scale type car will be too big
.
Its
missing the arm winding knob
so I
do NOT know if spring operated lift operates
.
I'm going to say
it's inoperable
to be safe.
I only find the
plastic damage pictured
which is on the underside.
