This is a new switch but old inventory, there may be some oxidation on the terminals due to age.
Features includes:
Rated .5 amp 125V DC, 4 Amp 125V AC, 1.5 Amp 250V AC
Terminal Connection: Solder eyelet
This is a two position switch (on/on)  It will short the center connections to either side depending on the position of the rocker.
